The double-height living room

At the heart of the house, a double-height, open-plan living space unfolds across two floors. Several lounge areas gather around the original fireplace, with retained beams overhead and exposed stone walls on either side.

Professional kitchen with island

The fully equipped, professional kitchen flows into the dining area around a generous central island - designed for cooking together, long evenings, and welcoming guests with ease.

Peaceful nights

At the end of the day the house offers the nightly silence of the mountains in tastefully decorated sleeping rooms where the smell of wood mixes with the touch of crisp cotton.

A panorama between peaks

The panoramic view is breathtaking, spreading from the Sella massif to the Marmolada glacier and the Civetta mountain range - the house finding itself between several mountain tops, framed by silence and open sky.
